Who doesn’t love birthday parties, especially when you’re a kid? Not only are you surrounded by friends, yummy food, presents and fun activities, people treat you like a king or queen!

Of course, no birthday bash is complete without a conversation-starting cake. After all, the late American chef Julia Child did once quip, “A party without cake is just a meeting”. Instead of ordering a cartoon cake from the usual suspects like Polar Puffs & Cakes or Bengawan Solo, why not surprise your mini-me and impress guests with a customised cake? It promises to be a treat for both the eyes and taste buds.

Scroll through the photo gallery for some Insta-worthy cakes for your little one’s celebration!

Susucre

WHAT Every Susucre cake boasts the finest ingredients for a mouth-watering experience. Whether you prefer the classic vanilla bean or tangy lemon, you can choose from a wide range of cake and filling flavours. As their bakes are derived from European recipes, they aren’t overly sweet. Egg-free, dairy-free and vegan cake flavours are also available. “The fondant was a world apart from other fondants I've tasted. It felt more elegant, and was thinner than I expected. The cake itself, a chocolatey red velvet, was as delicious as it was moist and spongy. I'll definitely continue to recommend Susucre’s cakes to everyone,” says a delighted customer Alejandro Rivera.

PRICE RANGE One-tier cakes start at $150, two-tier cakes start at $300.

WHY WE LOVE IT Their gorgeous cakes are one of a kind! Take a look at their cake photo gallery for some inspiration before you zoom in on your preferred design.
