Nurture a smart baby from bump to birth!

Our successful seminar on October 31 2015, at Suntec City is now over, but here are some handy notes for you to refer to during your pregnancy...

Must haves for your baby

Must avoids (to keep bub healthy)

Must note (to keep you going):

Rest!

Baby should be left alone during the first half of the pregnancy in an environment without stimulation. It is optimal for baby’s rapid development during this period.

Exercise!

Exercising throughout pregnancies helps boost energy, enhance sleep, reduce stress and contribute to faster post-delivery recovery; it can also lead to a shortened second-stage labour. The American College of Obstetricians recommends 30 minutes or more of moderate exercise per day.
