What are "kids these days" up to online? Are they being targetted?

A recent study shows that 87 per cent of children below 13 years of age in Singapore have a Facebook account, though the minimum age to use Facebook is 13! The study shows that areas of parental concern include kids sharing their personal information online, kids interacting with strangers and kids participating in cyber-bullying or being cyber-bullied.
