Unsure how much leave you’ll get to spend with baby? No worries, we’ve broken it all down for you!

New fathers now have more to look forward to!
If your baby is born from 1 January 2017, as a working dad, you will get two weeks of paid paternity leave. On top of this, new fathers with babies born from 1 July 2017 can share up to four weeks of his working wife’s 16 weeks maternity leave.
This means that working fathers can get up to five weeks off work in their baby turns one. (From 1 July 2017, they can get up to eight weeks off in their baby’s first year!)
