Dr Oz gives us advice on our local food and diet concerns – here’s how to resist that bowl of Hokkien mee!

Dr Mehmet Oz, charismatic star of The Dr Oz Show, doesn’t really need any introduction. After all, the famous 58-year-old heart surgeon has been helming his own hour-long health-and-wellness show for almost a decade! Recently, Dr Oz sat down with SmartParents for a one-to-one on a topic that is close to his heart ― eating healthily.

Since eating (both healthy and the not-so healthy kind) is indisputably a passion for food-mad Singapore, we asked Dr Oz for his insights on tackling Singapore’s rising obesity levels, resisting tempting food, and more.

We even got him to reveal what his Achilles heel ― food-wise ― is!
